How is the handpan shipped?

Your handpan is shipped with great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. It's securely packaged in a robust cardboard box with protective foam padding. Additionally, each shipment is fully insured to protect your purchase during transit.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Estimated delivery times depend on your selected shipping method. By air, it generally takes between 1 to 2 weeks, and by sea freight, it can range from 2 to 3 months. Keep in mind that these times may be affected by customs delays. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to receive a more accurate delivery date.

What is the dimension of the package?

The package size for one handpan is around 60 cm x 60 cm x 45 cm (23.6 in x 23.6 in x 17.7 in) and weighs 15 to 20 kg (33 ~ 44 lb).

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been prepared for shipment. This policy helps us ensure that your handpan gets to you without delay. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any other queries you might have.

Choosing the right handpan involves considering both its appearance and tone. While the number of notes on a handpan doesn't necessarily determine its quality—since every well-tuned handpan can produce beautiful sounds with some practice—it's important to test each note for its resonance and harmony. Make sure the overall sound appeals to you and complements the handpan's visual appeal. This way, you'll find an instrument that not only looks good but also resonates with you musically.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary by destination and method. Estimated costs in USD are as follows:

• Europe: Air freight $300, Sea freight $80

• Asia: Air freight $200, Sea freight $50

• North America: Air freight $350, Sea freight $100

What warranty options are available for the handpan?

We offer a complimentary retuning service within the first 12 months of purchase. If retuning is needed, the customer covers the cost of shipping the handpan back to us, but we'll handle the return shipping, insurance, and retuning costs. After the initial 12-month period, we continue to support our customers. Please reach out to us for more details on post-warranty assistance.

Are handpans durable?

Yes, handpans are quite durable, but their longevity largely depends on the environment and how they are maintained. In conditions with controlled humidity and with proper care, your handpan can last a long time without any issues of rust or oxidation.
